Terms & Conditions

Conditions applicable to all three Grupo Cafeína restaurants.

General Conditions

  1. 1. Group bookings

    These menus are intended for groups. A group booking is defined as a reservation for 10 or more guests.

  2. 2. Menu selection

    Menu choices must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled visit to the restaurant.

  3. 3. Billing details

    Billing details for the booking must be provided in advance.

  4. 4. Changes to the menu

    The menu presented may be subject to change depending on seasonality and market availability.

  5. 5. Booking confirmation

    The booking will only be considered confirmed once a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total booking value has been successfully received.

  6. 6. Deposit payment

    The deposit may be paid through our digital payment platforms, by Multibanco reference or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  1. 7. Cancellations

    Cancellations made for reasons not attributable to the restaurant or its service will not incur any penalty when made up to 5 days before the scheduled booking. After this deadline, the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.

  2. 8. Changes to the number of guests

    Changes to the number of guests included in a confirmed menu are accepted up to a maximum of 20% of the total booking and only until 5 hours before the scheduled booking time. Any increase in the number of guests is always subject to the restaurant’s operational availability.

  3. 9. Changes within 5 hours of the booking

    Any changes made within the 5 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will be charged in full.
